Yes. You can order before race day and complete your poster after the event. We’ll ask for your photo, finish time and race details once you have them.
Will I approve it before print?
Yes. You will approve your design before it goes into production, so you can check the photo, name, finish time and layout first.
What if I do not have my race photo yet?
No problem. Order now, then upload your favourite race photo after race day. This is exactly how the pre-race order process is designed to work.
How long does delivery take?
Each poster is made to order. We usually ship within 2–5 days after your artwork has been approved.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Yes. You can order now and let the runner upload their favourite race photo and finish details after race day.
Are you affiliated with the race organiser?

Milestone Club creates personalised finisher posters for endurance events. Each poster is built from your race details — your photo, name, finish time, event, route and optional performance data — then turned into a premium wall piece.
Choose your poster template, upload your race photo, enter your event details, and preview your design. Once submitted, we prepare your final artwork for print and fulfilment.
You can personalise your name, race, finish time, event date, route, location. Depending on the poster design, you may also be able to add splits, rankings or other race-day details.
Use a clear, high-resolution race-day photo where you are visible and in focus. Finish-line shots, mid-race action shots and post-race photos all work well. Avoid screenshots, blurry images or heavily compressed photos where possible.
Yes. You will be able to preview your poster before completing your order. For selected products, we may also review the artwork before printing to make sure it meets our quality standards.
If you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible. Once the artwork has gone to print, we may not be able to make changes, so please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
